1. SALE PRICE & INITIAL DEVELOPMENT

2. LONG TERM INCOME
You could remain ‘hands on’: With the Open Spaces For Sale Maintenance program you will be given an opportunity to agree a maintenance contract with the purchasers. This would enable you to receive an annual sum to care for the land by maintaining fencing, hedgerows etc for years to come and therefore, you would continue to receive an income from the land that you have sold.

We aim to offer you a further opportunity to landscape/develop the land for the new owner. You can quote for the landscaping agreed by our Design Service: this may entail planting or putting up fencing etc If agreed, we will ask you to commence, with guidance from Open Spaces and with the support of our Landscaping/Development Service.

...this will offer you the chance to continue to earn from the land that you have sold.
