Design Service

Our unique Design Service offers you an opportunity to meet an Open Spaces Designer  at your home address or on your land.

Our designer will discuss with you, in detail your plans for the land that you own or intend to purchase. The aim is to individualise your plot and to get the most out of it in the future, whether for enjoyment, or in financial terms.

We are able to advise you on planting, fencing, building, digging ponds, cutting trees, creating paths or vehicle access. Or maybe you would like a swing, slides, shelters or a bespoke tree house to be designed for you, or simply for us to give you ideas of our own.

We can assist you on deciding what is most suitable for your land: the practicalities and legalities involved to ensure that your land stays in tune with the surrounding environment and develops into a perfect space for you to enjoy.

The design service we offer is not only restricted to those who have bought land through Open Spaces. Feel free to contact us if you already own land and feel that you have not realised its full potential.

Once your design has been created, you have a choice. Either keep it and enjoy carrying out the recommended changes yourself or alternatively we can pass the design to our Landscape and Development Service who will happily do the work for you, meeting all your requirements. This, of course, comes with the reassurance and simplicity of our ‘one-stop’ service, - keeping it all ‘under one roof’.

How Much?

Costs depend on a number of factors and will vary: our designs are bespoke, as is the work we carry out and every piece of land is different. It is, therefore, impossible to give a fixed price.

However, it doesn’t hurt to ask, so please contact us and we can give you an idea.

Changes Of Land Use?

Open Spaces itself is unable to give detailed advice on planning queries and likely decisions, but we do have contacts who can investigate your lands full potential.
